The hotel offered a great price for our two-night stay. The beds were very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the lovely sized window that allowed natural light in. The key location of the hotel was another advantage as it was within walking distance of the Culture Complex, the Uprising Museum, Coffee Street, restaurants, bars.
One of the negatives was that the room was too hot with the heating on, although we understand that this is a common issue with Korean hotels during this time of year. Additionally, there were some cleanliness issues with the bathroom, as it could have used more attention in terms of cleanliness and the provision of soap and toilet paper.

I recently stayed at Guest 145 for a few nights during my visit to Gwangju. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was just a stone's throw away from the main Chungjangno market, yet still provided a quiet neighborhood. The proximity to subway and bus stops made getting around the city a breeze. The entire property was impeccably clean, and the staff were extremely professional and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the rooms, which exceeded my expectations for the price. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Gwangju.
I would highly recommend this hotel would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and immaculate, with fantastic lockers for our bags. The central location provided easy access to art street and bus stops. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast in the café was a great start to the day. The convenience of nearby metro stations and a variety of restaurants made exploring the city a breeze. The modern, well-equipped rooms, gym, and kitchen facilities were a bonus. The location also made it easy to visit the National Park and museums/galleries by bus. our stay was mind-blowingly comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel had a nice and friendly staff who were helpful and kind. They provided new towels and water daily, keeping the room neat and clean. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Additionally, the breakfast served was simple but sufficient, with options like eggs, bread.
One drawback was the difficulty in communicating if you didn't know Korean, although it was manageable. Another issue was the limited opening hours of the gym, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

I stayed at this hotel for 20 days and it was perfect for my needs. The location is fantastic, with the house of performing arts and the metro station nearby. There are plenty of transportation options and a variety of restaurants open late just a couple of blocks away. I loved that there were several 24-hour convenience stores nearby. The apartment on the top floor was fully equipped and spacious. The staff, despite their limited English, were extremely helpful. The basic breakfast was nice and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with many historical landmarks in the area. Guests can enjoy exploring the art street just across the street and even experience the prayer time at the nearby Buddhist temple. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and there is a well-equipped gym for guests to use.
The reception may not always be staffed, which could be inconvenient for guests who need assistance.

The facilities at the hotel were lovely, and the location was good. The room was beautiful, with new and clean amenities, and the rain head in the shower was a definite plus. The hotel also offered complimentary breakfast, parking, and a gym, which added to the value for money.
Regulating the temperature in the room was a bit difficult, as the in-floor heat made the room warmer than desired, and the A/C cooled things down more than necessary. Additionally, the reception staff was not very welcoming, and the breakfast felt rushed with only 30 minutes for all guests.

Convenient location with easy access to transportation options such as bus stops and the metro station. Many restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
The shared kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils, and even chopsticks were not provided. , the reception area was often unattended, which made me feel uneasy about the security of the place.
